raspberry chocolate chip cookies

Prepare to fall in love with these melt-in-your-mouth Raspberry Cookies loaded with juicy raspberries and dark chocolate chips.

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 cup unsalted butter (room temp) 1 cup dark brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup dark chocolate chips 3/4 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees. – Whisk flour, baking soda and salt in a medium-sized bowl.  – Cream butter and both sugars with an electric mixer until light and fluffy – approximately 2 min. – Beat in eggs and vanilla. – Reduce mixer speed to low then add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.

Instructions

– Gently stir in chocolate chips and frozen raspberries. – Scoop cookie dough into 1 TBSP sized balls. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet 2 inches apart. --Bake cookies for 10 to 12 min. until the edges set but  centers are soft.  – Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
