Oreo Crust Ingredients
25 Oreo Cookies (pulsed in a food processor)5 Tbsps Unsalted Butter (melted)

Oreo Crust Instructions
Stir melted butter into cookie crumbs.
Using the bottom of a drinking glass, press crumbs into base and up the sides of a greased 9-inch tart pan.
Place tart pan in the freezer to chill while you prepare filling.
Filling Ingredients
12 ounces fresh blackberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp powdered gelatin (unflavored)
8 ounces full fat cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Filling Instructions
Puree blackberries in a blender.
Add sugar, gelatin, cream cheese and vanilla. Blend on high speed.
In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Fold filling into whipped cream with a rubber spatula.
Remove crust from freezer and pour filling into crust.
Refrigerate a few hours until set then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before slicing and serving.
