no bake blackberry tart

Silky smooth and simple to make, this No Bake Blackberry Tart is filled to the Oreo  cookie crumb brim with freshly pureed berries!

Oreo Crust Ingredients

25 Oreo Cookies (pulsed in a food processor) 5 Tbsps Unsalted Butter (melted)

Oreo Crust Instructions

Stir melted butter into cookie crumbs. Using the bottom of a drinking glass, press crumbs into base and up the sides of a greased 9-inch tart pan. Place tart pan in the freezer to chill while you prepare filling.

Filling Ingredients

12 ounces fresh blackberries 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbsp powdered gelatin (unflavored) 8 ounces full fat cream cheese 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Prep Time: 15 Min

Filling Instructions

Puree blackberries in a blender.  Add sugar, gelatin, cream cheese and vanilla. Blend on high speed. In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. –

Filling Instructions

Fold filling into whipped cream with a rubber spatula. Remove crust from freezer and pour filling into crust. Refrigerate a few hours until set then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before slicing and serving.
