chocolate chip bundt cake

Made with basic pantry ingredients and moisture-packing sour cream, this tender cake is incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter 1 1/2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 cup sour cream 2 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups mini chocolate chips

Instructions

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour a 12-cup bundt pan. – In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. – Beat in eggs, one at a time. – Add sour cream, milk and vanilla – Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl then slowly add dry ingredients to wet. Beat  on low until  combined.
